If the return is due to an error of the customer, the shipping costs are at his expense. The exact amount will depend on the chosen carrier. If the items received are damaged or not in accordance with the order for our fault, the shipping costs will not be charged.

Cancellation policy

We accept order cancellations before shipping or producing the product. In case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded. Cancellation is no longer possible once the product has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns. You have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition. It must also be in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to finalize your return. Please contact our customer service to ensure you send the package to the correct address. Please note:

With standard international express delivery, the delivery time is usually 7-14 days.

Items returned within 180 days and worth more than €48.99 are returned free of charge. Items returned within 90 days and worth more than €39.99 are returned free of charge. Items returned within 90 days and worth more than €34.99 are subject to a shipping cost of €5.99.

Items returned within 180 days and a value greater than €48.99 are subject to a shipping cost of €5.99. Items returned within 90 days and a value greater than €34.99 are subject to a transport insurance of €5.99. Cancellation of an order is possible if the customer requests it before shipment and within the time indicated by the store.
